You are invited to the BC ACE's Annual General Meeting to review our activities last year and plans for 2018-2019. It's also a great opportunity to socialize with our board of directors and guests while enjoying snacks and a cup of tea.

Join us to hear expert keynote speaker David Craig on the Site C Completion Decision.

David will speak to us about the controversial Site C dam decision and in particular about the BCUC’s alternative option to Site C and the role that conservation and efficiency played in the construction of the alternative. The BCUC ran the Site C Inquiry to answer specific questions from the BC government, including one about whether there was an alternative portfolio including demand side management measures which could replace the Site C project. Learn more about the central role conservation and efficiency played in the Alternative and what it could and should mean for the conservation and efficiency industry and movement in BC.

David Craig was one of six energy experts invited to speak to the BC Government’s full cabinet meeting prior to the government making its decision to proceed with the Site C dam’s completion. Mr. Craig is the Executive Director of the Commercial Energy Consumers Association of BC, Vice-President and Secretary Treasurer of BC ACE and President of his own consulting business, Consolidated Management Consultants Ltd.
